Our History.
Founded in 1998 by Jeff Roessner, we started making seamless citronella buckets, but within a year we were producing seat wires. This quickly escalated into more automotive seat products.
In short order we grew and started expanding our Ohio footprint as well as purchasing a facility in Tennessee. We did that while developing the 1st formed press notch in the US and adding CNC bending, robotic welding, and automation capabilities. We were purchased by the LeFevre family in 2003 and received ISO certification shortly after.
In 2009, we partnered with Prodomex in Aguascalientes, Mexico and the following year became part of Sumikin Bussan (now Nippon Steel Trading). These global partners fostered more growth. We have since added many new products, a location for assembly, and a facility for our New Model team.
We currently have about 500 employees between our locations in Ft. Recovery, OH, Manchester, TN, and Aguascalientes, Mexico.
